Cancellation and Refund Policies
Date Change Policy
Private Ground Transportation
- Cancellations: 30% penalty fee applies.
- Deposits are non-refundable; date changes are allowed instead.
- Date changes are subject to availability (first change is free of charge).
Group Tours and Excursions
- Deposits are non-refundable; only name changes are allowed.
- First name change is free; additional changes have a 15% fee.
- If the tour is canceled by the agency, clients may choose between a new date or a full refund.
Accommodation
Policies depend on the provider and will be indicated at the time of quotation.
- Subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
- Only one change per reservation is allowed free of charge.
- No changes allowed on the same day of travel or afterward.
Travel Insurance
- All our trips include basic travel insurance covering accidents during transportation.
- It does not cover pre-existing conditions, personal expenses, or lost luggage.
- For long-distance or international trips, we recommend purchasing extended coverage.
